Group Fitness class sessions are valid for any classes on our schedule. Classes are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance.

Take 10 or more classes per month?
Take advantage of our Monthly Subscription options and save! Monthly classes expire one month from initial use and classes DO NOT roll over. Unlimited class subscriptions are not transferable and must be used by the person named on the account. 10 Class Passes are shareable but must be all used in the allotted time frame.

All sessions are performed by a certified, insured and experienced personal trainer.
- 1 session - $45
- 3 sessions - $129 ($43/session)
- 6 sessions - $240 ($40/session)
Partner Training (No more than 3 clients)
Partner Training is taken on at the Trainer’s discretion and are dependent on whether both clients have similar training needs and goals. Both trainees must be present at each session or else the missing party forfeits their session. Includes one 30 minutes of Nutrition Coaching per session.

We make every effort to offer classes at convenient times. When a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
All sessions are subject to a 24-hour Cancellation Policy.
